Smooks Data Integration

Very good that a release is almost available.

I would also like to highlight the following new features and improvements:

- A new YAML Reader (See example: http://svn.codehaus.org/milyn/trunk/smooks-examples/yaml-to-java/)
- The user manual has been restructured. (See http://www.smooks.org/mediawiki/index.php?title=V1.4:Smooks_v1.4_User_Guide)
- A Smooks-all module that assembles all Smooks libraries into a single Jar.
